To Whom It May Concern,

I'd like to complain about the terrible quality of your SMS Crew Mail service. My boyfriend, currently on a ship, uses it. The account was working properly only the first one or two weeks and ever since, he has not received a single message from all of those I sent him in the meantime. It was exactly the same the previous time he was on a ship, using your services again, so it's not an exception obviously.

It's totally unacceptable to claim you provide crew services, make people pay for them and include free-of-charge unlimited receipt of messages on all your brochures, and at the end it comes up to be one big fat lie. It's even more frustrating that you claim to provide customer support (24/7!) while my boyfriend has written to you twice, more than two weeks ago and he still has not received any reply from you. I only wonder - is it because your customer service is the worst ever and you cannot reply a message in two weeks, or is it because the quality of your solutions is so poor that even system messages cannot reach their recipients...

I'd appreciate a prompt reply and assistance in order to solve this issue ASAP. Otherwise I will include more recipeints in my next e-mail on the matter.
